Siddharth Bambha, one of the founders of the firm, is an expert in IP, Commercial, and civil law, as well as a litigation strategist. He serves as panel counsel for the Enforcement Directorate, Government of India, Punjab National Bank, and Central Bank of India. Additionally, he is an empanelled arbitrator with the Indian Council of Arbitrators (ICA), an institutional arbitration centre under the aegis of FICCI.
Siddharth, along with his team, counsels clients on a wide range of commercial, contractual, enforcement, procurement, and transactional matters, including intellectual property issues across various industries. His team manages both large and small portfolios throughout the clearance and approval process and advises clients on global business and IP strategies. They have enforced and defended commercial and IP rights before various courts and tribunals. Siddharth’s transactional experience includes the acquisition, disposition, and commercialization of IP assets, as well as due diligence. He has represented clients in negotiating commercial deals and settlements through alternative dispute resolution, handling complex IP disputes involving registration, assignment, opposition, rectification, licensing, royalty, and infringement issues.
As of now, the firm handles a portfolio of 20,000 registered and unregistered trademarks for various clients.

Probono work
As counsel, Siddharth filed and managed a writ challenging the levy of customs duty on the gifting of oxygen concentrators during the severe second wave of Covid-19. The Hon’ble judge of the Delhi High Court, while delivering the final judgment, acknowledged his valuable contribution. This judgment received extensive coverage in national newspapers.
Siddharth was also the counsel who filed an application before the Delhi High Court for live streaming the proceedings on legalizing same-sex marriages when the matter was pending before the said court. Ultimately, the case was transferred to the Supreme Court, where it was heard by a constitutional bench and live-streamed. ​

In a landmark judgment dated December 6, 2016, the Bombay High Court stayed the suspension of India News' ratings by the Broadcast Audience Research Council India (BARC). This ruling, described as "arbitrary and illegal," was significant as it was one of the first judgments against BARC ratings in the country. Siddharth Bambha, part of the legal team representing India News, played a pivotal role in securing this outcome. The court's decision underscored the importance of procedural fairness and transparency in rating suspensions, and highlighted Bambha's expertise in handling high-stakes legal disputes.
