Siddharth Bambha completed his B.Com from Guru Gobind Singh College of Commerce, University of Delhi in 2003 and thereafter did his LL.B from Campus Law Centre, Faculty of Law, University of Delhi in 2006. After practicing law under some of the most reputed lawyers in the country including (late) Sh. Kalka Prasad Aggarwal and Sr. Advocate Sh. Sudhir Nandrajog, Siddharth started his practice as an independent counsel. Although he has varied experience in all areas of civil and commercial laws, he is particularly specialized in the field of Intellectual Property law. One of his strengths is building strategies which he has been successfully doing for many high-profile disputes. He has represented various clients in negotiating commercial deals, settlements through alternate dispute resolution in commercial, contractual, as well as complex IP disputes involving issues of registration, assignment, opposition,rectification, licensing, royalty and infringement. Siddharth has been retained by several companies including Automobile, FMCG, Publishing Houses and Schools for handling their litigation matters.

Presently he is also the Counsel for Enforcement Directorate, Government of India and Punjab National Bank. He has been enrolled with Bar Council of Delhi since 2006. He has also been an active member of Supreme Court Bar Association, Delhi High Court Bar Association, and Intellectual Property Law Practitioners’ Association

Shyam D. Nandan is an Advocate on Record (AOR) with the Supreme Court of India.He did BA, LLB (Hons) from the National University of Juridical Sciences, Kolkata in 2005 and further did his LLM from the Indian Law Institu te, Delhi. His areas of specialization are Arbitration Law, Property Laws as well as Maritime Law and International Trade Law. He has also been visiting faculty at the Indian Law Institute for many years. Mr. Nandan has honed his skills under (late) Sh. Kalka Prasad Aggarwal Adv, Hon’ble Justice Mr.Subramonium Prasad, Judge, Delhi High Court ( AOR as he then was) and Mr. Gopal Subramanium, Sr Adv, former Solicitor General of India. Mr. Nandan does cases relating to many aspects of civil and commercial law with specific impetus on the latter. He also specializes in the field of Arbitration law. He is empanelled as counsel with Bharat Heavy Electricals Ltd (BHEL) and handles some high profile arbitration cases for the Company. He is also a permanent member of Indian Council of Arbitration (ICA).

Anish Chawla did BA(H) Economics from Hindu College and studied law at Campus Law Centre, Delhi University. In 2013, he was awarded the Erasmsus Mundus Scholarship by the European Commission for doing European Master Programme in Law and Economics.

He specializes in civil-commercial litigation and arbitration matters including contractual, construction and property law, intellectual property law, banking and service matters. He regularly appears before Supreme Court of India, Delhi High Court, District Courts of Delhi, Arbitral Tribunals and various Appellate Tribunals and Commissions.

He is presently engaged as Standing Counsel at Delhi High Court by GAIL (India) Ltd and also a Panel Counsel for several prestigious Public Sector Undertakings including the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI), India Tourism Development Corporation Ltd (ITDC), NBCC (India) Ltd and Indraprastha Gas Ltd (IGL). Anish, has also been regularly engaged by financial institutions, including ICICI Bank Ltd and DMI Finance Pvt. Ltd., for advising in various complex transactions and handling their legal disputes.
